I would like to know how to do an image rollover in the twenty ten theme. I want to have a black and white image, and then display the color image on hover. I've tried it with having the two images made into one then offsetting the background-image position, but I can't get it to work. I'm using a child theme. Thanks for any help.

Don't edit the Twenty Ten theme. Instead create a child theme for your customisations. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.
