Hello! I understand how to update the featured mages on my pages but it keeps cropping the image from the center. I am uploading 3008x2000 images, scaling them and cropping them to the 940x198 dimensions using the WP image editing interface. No matter how I scale and crop the image, when I set it as the featured image it seem to ignore the scale/crop that I performed and center crops the image.

Posted 1 year ago #Perhaps editing your images in a photo editing program like PhotoShop before uploading them would work better. Try cropping them how you want before uploading them.

Posted 1 year ago #Hey, thanks for the idea but I am actually putting together a site for a friend and was hoping to just use the tools available and not have to have them dl a program. Have you had success doing what I am trying to accomplish with WP?
