Twenty Ten dropdowns not working in Firefox 3.6 (3 posts)

Hi. I searched for this problem but couldn't find it. I'm trying out the Twenty Ten them in WordPress 3.0. It works fine in IE, Chrome and Safari for Windows, but I have a problem with Firefox 3.6.6. The dropdowns appear, but when you try to put your mouse over the submenus, they disappear. Also, when the dropdowns appear, there is a space of 5 pixels or so between the nav bar and the dropdowns. It works fine in the theme preview. Any ideas?

It works fine for me using Firefox 3.6.6. Try deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). My guess is that you have a plugin that's inserting some additional CSS.

It turns out that it is only a problem when I run WordPress internally using XAMPP. I applied the theme to a WP 3.0 installation on an external server, and the problem went away. I don't have that many plugins installed, but I'll see if I can isolate it to a plug-in that doesn't play nice with XAMPP. If I do, I'll report back. In the mean time, I'll just do my development on Chrome.
