    Hi everyone!

    have some background issues.

First of all, i had the same issue with the custom header uploader. Didn’t show anything at all. Eventually worked around it by uploading the picture manually and renaming it to one of the default pictures. It worked.

Now i want to add a picture to my background. When i hit the upload button, nothing happens. This is what i already tried:

    – change permissions on wp-admin folder and inidividual files
    – Close and restart browser (twice)
    – added the modsecurity htacces file
    – tried to upload different images

    what i didn’t do:

    – change the css (cause i haven’t got enough wisdom to do just that 🙂

By the way; when i try to publish a test post with an image, it doesn’t show up either. So i’m thinking this problem must be some fundamental thing.

Hope you have some ideas, cause i’m out of inspiration!
    Thanks!

that worked! thanks.. with my other wordpress account i didn’t need to do this. weird. But many thanks!!!

No problem. For future reference, the ability for the default uploads path to work out-of-the-box does seem to vary from server to server.
