I can’t replicate the issue on IE9.
I’ve checked this issue in at least 2 computers with:
Internet Explorer 9
Version: 9.0.8112.16421
Update Version: 9.0.12

Nevermind, I wasn’t checking thoroughly.
I’ll take a look now.

It appears you have styling that makes sure to hide particular elements. It’s probably only applied in a stylesheet for IE http://snag.gy/jIHZA.jpg
How do I fix that? I don’t know how that happened…

If you’re unaware of how this happened, try disabling plugins to find whether any are responsible.
I’ve disabled all plugins and re-enabled them one-by-one and now it looks fine… very strange, isn’t it?

Are you aware of any modifications you’ve made to the theme’s files?
No, I’ve not made any changes.

Try replacing everything in your style.css with the original style.css code found here http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/twentyten/1.3/style.css
