[resolved] twenty eleven - removing border around images in pages via child theme (3 posts)

    Hi there

    I am working on http://www.nadaav.com/n via a child theme of twenty eleven.

    I am trying to remove the grey box that appears around images. I can remove it manually each time but I'd prefer if it automatically did not appear. This refers to all images - in posts, pages etc.

    I have read some other forum entries on this topic and have been unable to get their results to work for me - often they seem to refer only to posts, or require editing in the actual theme rather than in a child theme - a subtle difference I cannot yet adapt.

    I am using a child theme - is there code I can enter into the style.css or function.php files to make this work universally?

    thanks kindly.

    NS

    Try:

    img[class*="align"],
    img[class*="wp-image-"],
    #content .gallery .gallery-icon img {
     border: 0;
    }
