   I'd like to reduce the edge margins on my menu so that I can fit more information on the menu before it wraps to a new line.

   Me too! Mine wraps --- I've tried a few things but nothing seems to make any difference.

   In Gamepress. I commented out the search box that appears in the menu header but the space left cannot be filled with menu tabs. How do I increase the margins in the menu so elements will fill to the right side of the menu bar?

   Check style.css line 633 - it sets the width of #primary-nav to 805px. You can increase it to 960px;

   Sorry. Increasing my margins in the menu bar from 805px to 960px seems to have negated the drop down menus on my menu tabs? Any ideas?
