I am dumbfounded at the moment.
I have Twenty Eleven running on WP 3.3.1 and i somehow am unable to put a url in an article.
I enter the url using the link button in a new artcle, enter the http etc and a title. The link is there. Then i publish and the link is not htere anymore. Same happens when i switch from HTML to visual while writing the article, the link is gone.
Am i doing somehting wrong here or is there some kind of bug?
Just to be sure, you type a word which you would like to be a link, you highlight the word, and then type in your URL/title?

No. I use the link Button in the new article box, enter the url in the appropriate box etc.

This happens only in HTML-mode, not in Visual mode. Seems like an error with the editor.
That's what I meant, you type a word, highlight it, then click the link button to fill in the url?
I just want to make sure the button is being used appropriately... A word needs to be highlighted to be the word which becomes the link.
