    Hi there,

I'm having the issue that my videos hide the items in my menus when i hover over them (layering issue). I know it can be fixed with this code

    <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/lZqrG1bdGtg?wmode=opaque" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

(ie. add the ?wmode=opaque) but I don't want to change this code for each video and more importantly, I need other authors who are afraid of code to not have to do this in the future.

Someone else has suggested automating this process with jquery, but I'm a real beginner when it comes to code and I need step-by-step instructions on where and how to insert this code- I really don't know anything about jquery.

Can someone help me with this please?
    Thanks.

Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress 3.2 theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues.

Create a child theme for your customisations. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.
