Anybody know if Twenty Eleven is based on CSS3 or not? When I use my browser Dev. tool, it appears that my site is using a CSS Reset. If I disable all of my plugins in order to modify my stylesheet (I'm using a Child Theme), do I use CSS2 OR CSS3 code?

I guess it depends on the set of browsers you are styling for.
For the moment, I'm sticking pretty much to css2; but I'm sure there are other who, for very good reasons, are more adventurous.
