   I am working with the Twenty Eleven theme and would like to move the "Posted in Uncategorized | Leave a reply" section beside the date. For a reference point, this is just under the Post Title and above the post content.

   Thanks for your help in advance, please don't hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

   please make sure to work with a child theme http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

   then edit content.php and content-single.php and move the corresponding codes.
