• Hello!

    I would be really grateful if somebody would find the time to help me.

    I would like to put the Twenty Eleven´s comment bubble in the Titan theme, I use a childtheme. I have no clue how to do it, so I would appriciate if somebody would give me a hand on this.

    My site.

    I am not getting it to show a empty bubble where there´s no comments… now it´s showing wrong…

    this related topic, how to duplicate the 2011 bubble in 2010, might give you some starter ideas:

    you will also need to edit the bubble graphic to match the background color of your site.

    please post details of what you have done so far, and which codes you have edited in which ways.

    I tried the link you linked, but I don´t get it to work. Do I have to change in some other places than in index.php and in css…?

    I see only one comment bubble so far in your site, and it is linking to the last post of that page –

    it seems you need to adapt the styles; try adding something like this to style.css of your child theme:

    .post-title {position:relative;}
    .entry-header .comments-link a{top:0px;right:-200px;}

    Oh man! Thanx a LOT!

    I haven´t worked with positioning, more with floting…

    One thing I can´t come up with a resolution… How to change place for the bubble (I would like to have a bit to left)?

    decrease the number value of:

    right:-200px;

    remember to clear the browser cache after any changes to the css if you would like to see the results immediately – press ‘reload’ or ‘ctrl f5’ or whatever your browser needs.

    I have to ask this here.. how can it be that some posts are answered and some not… Refering to my question about my sidebar Link menu

    And.. Thanx! will try that later on.

    Simply people have chose not to answer, or haven’t been around to read your post. Remember, these are volunteering forums. We are not obliged to answer all or any threads.

    how can it be that some posts are answered and some not…

    the forum volunteers are answering the questions in their own time and at their own discretion

    – why they do it all, nobody knows 😉

    Ya, so I also thought! And a lot of thanx to those who does it!

    Any change that any of you two could take a look at it? If it´s even possible?

    Merry Christmas!
