Tweetmeme and Facebook share button stacked

Hi there;
I’m trying to set up the Tweetmeme button plugin and Facebook share button plugin so they will show up in each post stacked (ie Mashable.com). I assume I have to disable the FB share button and “hack” the code for the tweetmeme button. I have fiddled around with the tweetmeme php plugin file and had it where the correct space for the FB share button appeared underneath but for some reason could not make it show the button itslef. I’m not an expert coder and was wondering if anybody could help me out with some code to make this work.
