I’ve just setup W3 Total Cache to do self hosted CDN on a subdomain for all my media attachments and I’m trying to figure out a way to tweak the directory structure in the file URLs to get rid of wordpress/wp-content.

For example, instead of the CDN serving a file from URL subdomain.domain.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/filename.pdf I would prefer it just be subdomain.domain.com/uploads/filename.pdf.

Anybody know a good way to do this?
