I am having trouble turning off comments on my site. On other WP sites, I’ve had no problem at all, just uncheck it, and voila. But for some reason, in the Blend Theme, I’m not finding this option under Setting<Discussion. Any ideas on why this is so? Do I have to go into the .php to fix this?
