   Ok, I awnt to use japanese for my blog along with the post titles, but then I won't be able to link to the post properly because there is hiragana (japanese cahracters) in the title. Is there a way to have wordpress turn those hiragana into roomaji for the url portion?

   Or is tehre an better way or alternative method?

   you can edit the permalink for the post at the top of the page
