Jason KnightIf anyone is familiar with the Fun Facts plugin, they'd know it's a pretty interesting plugin to catch your reader's attention. Unfortunately, it has not been updated, and also, I've noticed that bloggers are leaning more towards having an almost invisible sidebar. So I was wonder if anyone could turn this into a Tooltip plugin that displays random facts (of course) but not all the time. Let's say maybe the first time the user visits a page, but the next day it doesn't display until after you visit so and so many pages. The reason for this is that I want to reward my users my paying attention to the contents of the tooltips.
