Turkish character problem

Hey,

I just applied this theme to my web site. It’s a great theme, thank you so much for that.

But I have a problem about the turkish characters that is;
Turkish characters (ş, ğ, İ …) are not shown right in the web site. I’m not sure how I can fix this problem. Can you give a hand about this.
