Trying to upgrade to 3.03 but keep getting erroor

    Trying to upgrade to 3.0.3 but it keeps ending with http-500 internal server error The page you are attempting to load returned an error.
    and when I try to pull my site back up I get this message HTTP – 503 Service Unavailable

    Please HELP!

    before you do any of this backup your wordpress files and database
    Your website is probably limited to the amount of memory it is allowed to use. you can over ride this by opening your .htaccess file if you are using apache as your server. and adding the following code to the very top:

    php_value memory_limit 16M

    if you want i can do this for you.
