Trying to set up a recent posts page (simpleton language please)

Hello

My site is http://www.annarborfabulous.com. It was a different site, completely set up perfectly, until recently when I lost everything. So I’m trying to rebuild.

As you can see, I have a static front page. I have links to different category archives. I love it. BUT the one category I can’t figure out how to link to is my Recent Posts page. I cannot for the life of me remember how to do this. I’ve searched for answers, but can’t seem to get a 101 version of the answer. Can anyone help?
