   Im trying to figure out how to get the Archives as a page instead of it being on my sidebar.

   Now my problem is, is I don't know who to get the "Custom Fields" thing set up, but have already made a page for my archives but nothing is there yet (I read part of it on wordpress codex, but learned nothing).

   Im using a theme from WPdesigner.com and asked him about it, but he was no help.

   You mean a list of your Archives such as 2007, 2006, 2005...
   1. Create a Page Template using the template tag, wp_get_archives().
   2. Create a Page and assign the Page Template you created in Step 1.
