    hello,

    for your theme upgrade is not really needed.

    ok. You have to connect to your installation directory and then, to locate /wp-content/themes/ folder, and upload your new theme here.

    if your blog address is something like http://www.myblog.com, then your installation is at root level; you'll find wp-content/themes directory here.
    You can also upload by cpanel (it's a bit slower) if you have more familiarity, but anyway you have to locate your installation directory.
    It could be something like /htdocs or /www or /public_html

    this is what l've been able to find
    "wordpress error"
    under wordpress themes editor

    http://thegoogleterminator-review.com/wpadmin/theme-editor.php
    original source

    "this is what is displayed to me under view source"

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="ltr" lang="en-US">
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
    <title>WordPress › Error</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://thegoogleterminator-review.com/wp-admin/css/install.css" type="text/css" />
    </head>
    <body id="error-page">
    <p>The requested theme does not exist.</p></body>
    </html>

    l have no idea what this means or how to fix it!!!
    lm going on four days now, and have gotten no where
