Trying a new template gives odd result

Ok, so I have my blog up and running and a few posts on it. Here’s the site link. I am currently running a great looking template, “Elegant Grunge” by Michael Tyson. Some of my female “Advisors” have told me the template doesn’t look “Bride friendly” in other words, too masculine. I was thinking I’d go with a clean magazine look to replace it. I have looked at a few, and when I try some of the templates something odd happens. I use images in most of my posts, and when I try a new template the posts and images “nest”. By nesting I mean the post under one post will fit up and to right of the post over it. I use the “read more” feature for all of my posts and sometimes the image hangs below the read more cut and that’s where other posts go in other templates, up into that space. It’s not doing it in “Elegant Grunge” just some of the other templates. I have tried several, “Stunning Silence” is one, “This Just In!” is another, there were several. So what’s the deal? Why is this nesting going on??
