Try to add to ping list get POST to /wp-admin/options.php not supported (1 post)

    I have been trying to add to the ping list in the writing settings and when I click update I get the error:

    501 Method Not Implemented

    POST to /wp-admin/options.php not supported

    Any idea of what is causing this? Thank you!!
