troubleshooting with ODD social media plugin

I just activated the ODD social media plugin to my website and now my entire dashboard is out of alignment. I can no longer read the side column (which gives me the information needed to deactivate the plugin). I also get this message across the top of the dashboard page: “Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘original_source_init’ was given in /home3/kelleych/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 405

Does anyone have ANY suggestions as to how to fix this and make it go away? I can’t even read the sidebar on the dashboard page to attempt a cure. Thanks.
