Troubleshooting Improved Include Page Plugin problem

I have installed and activated the Improved Include Page Plugin. WordPress is installed at http://andoverexchange.com/WordPress. I am trying to include the content of a WordPress page on the home page of the web site (http://www.andoverexchange.com/index.php). I have added the require statement at the top of the page to invoke wp-blog-header.php. However, no matter what syntax I use, I cannot get the content of the WordPress page to appear. The argument <?php if(function_exists('iinclude_page')) iinclude_page(5); ?>
just yields none of the content, but leaves the rest of the page intact. Any of the other methods suggested on the plugin installation page gets me a totally blank page. What am I doing wrong?

So that you can see where I am trying to include the content from the WordPress page, I have published a version of the home page that includes the attempt to invoke the page include.

I really need some help here. Have I gone about requesting it incorrectly? If so, I apologize and ask your patience. I am completely new to WordPress, so I fully realize that my problem is almost certainly of my own making … but I need some help in resolving it.

Make sure that the page you’re calling up is correct.

To do this click “Edit” on your wordpress pages sidebar, then move your mouse over the link for the page you’re trying to call up, but don’t click.
It should look something like this:
http://andoverexchange.com/WordPress/wp-admin/page.php?action=edit&post=17

Take note of the number at the end, and that is the number of the page you’ll need to stick into your code.

For example, on this one it would be:
<?php if(function_exists('iinclude_page')) iinclude_page(17); ?>

Hallo,

some hosting services may disable file inclusion over HTTP. The right steps are:

use require_once to link your WP installation
use an absolute or relative filesystem path to wp-blog-header.php
use the IIP’s allowStatus option if the page to include is not a published page (eg. draft or private)
