    Could you tell me which WordPress version your using and Popup version your using please?

    Which load method are you using for the Popup?

    Hi @vlaura

    I can see the required script for popup is loaded perfectly in your site. Do you use any condition for the popup to show, like on click a element or on a specific url? Also please send us some screenshot of your popup in edit mode.

    Hi Jack:

    Thanks. I use WP 3.8 for web and WordPress Pop Up Plugin version 4.4.5.4, from official plugins page.

    I don’t use any condition to load the popup. Just copied and pasted the embed code of the video into content section. I tried with images and text but the popup doesn’t work.

    What I did wrong?

    Hi Vlaura,

    Can you just try using different pop over loading method from the path :

    Admin -> Pop Overs -> Settings

    Also activate “Test Head Footer” pop over Add-on from the path :

    Admin -> Pop Overs -> Add-ons

    To test for the existence and functionality of wp_head and wp_footer in your active theme and let us know the result.

    Hi @vlaura

    For now, please use a condition. Like when you are logged in, and check the site with logged in. Also, if you use plain text instead of iframe, does it work?

    What is you loading method? Maybe swap the methods among them?
