    Hi everyone,
I'm a french web designer who currently work for a client on a new projet, and here is my problem:
I'm currently having trouble to make a multisite 3.5 wordpress on a parallels plesk 11, it' seams that i can"t get the wildcard subdomain to work, when i try to go to one of my subdomain it doest work (like this one: http://laurecourtellemont.geniusdance.com/).
I spent more than 30 hours on many forums to figure out how to do this but i still can't get it work. Is there anyone who can help me please.

  2. You don't have DNS set up.

See how http://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/laurecourtellemont.geniusdance.com doesn't resolve anywhere? You have to set that up too :)

    Hi, thx for your answer
i've already check the DNS status on what's my DNS but when I check on my plesk panel, the wildcard subdomain (*.geniusdance.com) is set to the right adress (37.59.35.19). What i have to do? how can I set up that?

Thx for that but it seems that my DNS is correctly set up for my domain. Think that i hav to call my provider to figure out what i have to do

after some other research hours i found that on the internet: http://codex.wordpress.org/Configuring_Wildcard_Subdomains_for_multi_site_under_Plesk_Control_Panel#cPanel_v_Plesk_hosting_management_control_panel but it seam that it doesn't work for plesk 11. HEEEEELLLLPPPPPP

  6. You do not have DNS set up correctly.

That first link I gave you shows little red Xs for your sub domain, that means that you do not have DNS set up for that sub domain.

Here is how my DNS are set up for the subdomain, on my plesk panel --> here do i have to set up DNS for each subdomain i need?

  8. You shouldnt, but that looks correct and if it's not working, you need to ask your webhost for help.
