Trouble with multisite and plek

Hi everyone,
I’m a french web designer who currently work for a client on a new projet, and here is my problem:
I’m currently having trouble to make a multisite 3.5 wordpress on a parallels plesk 11, it’ seams that i can”t get the wildcard subdomain to work, when i try to go to one of my subdomain it doest work (like this one: http://laurecourtellemont.geniusdance.com/).
I spent more than 30 hours on many forums to figure out how to do this but i still can’t get it work. Is there anyone who can help me please.
