Trouble with 404s

    I’m having some trouble with my 404 page appearing. If I go to a url formatted like “www.domain.com/test/” my 404 page shows up just fine. If I go to a url formatted like “www.domain.com/test.php” I get a blank page. Any ideas on how to fix this type of issue?
