I want to do a backup of my SQL database and the upload it in a new and clean database.
So I had followed carrefully the Podz's instruction page :
    http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/backup/

The server holding my database is running under PhpMyAdmin 2.4.0
I am using Safari (and Firefox) under MacOsX 10.3.8.

My trouble is that when uploading my database, nothing is happening. I mean really nothing : no error, no congatulation or whatever. After uploading the file, the page simply refresh and show the same state.

Here is a screenshot while exporting the database :

And here is a screenshot while choosing the SQL file :

The page stay the same after clicking GO and uploading the file.

I followed all the steps with firefow too, unsuccessfully.
I had the pleasure to talk about that to Podz himself via IRC chat, but this "feature" is new to him.

    Have some ideas? Or links?
    Thanks.

Try copying out one of the smaller table structure/data sets (say that for wp_comments), paste into another text file, and see if that will import through phpMyAdmin.
