don’t hesitate to contact the seller of your commercial theme for support, as they might have a special way of adding their theme.

Just where are you trying to do the upload of the theme? It realyl looks like you’re not doing it in the right area.

If you have the files un-zipped there, the best thing to do is use an FTP program to coy the files to the server. There should be instructions for that, and if not you’ll need to contact the themes provider and ask them for support as it’s a commercial theme.
