   The URL is gtklang.com
   I'm using formandsubstance theme
   When I try to add a picture to a post, if I use the "Select Files" button, I get an "HTTP error."
   When I try to use the "Browser Uploader" I get the messages:
   Three of these: "Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/qelpvrej:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/sqmail:/tmp) in /home/qelpvrej/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1746"

   and Unable to create directory /wp-content/uploads/2009/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

   The permissions for wp-content and uploads is 775.

   Can anyone help?

   Under "Settings" "Miscellaneous", the "Store uploads in this folder" was set at: /wp-content/uploads
   It should have been set at: wp-content/uploads

   Oh, the grief that one little forward slash has caused!!!
