Trouble Shooting Hidden Pages

Using the pages widget, I am trying to exclude a handful pages by entering the page id. I am successful with most of the pages, however with some of the pages, the pages say “Page not found” despite the fact that the page IDs were retrieved and entered in the same manner as others. The main page is: http://www.caregroupinfo.org/blog/narrated-presentations-on-care-groups-and-care-group-tools/moc-curricula-page . As you can see, the link from Bolivia works, whereas the link for Burundi does not. I have spent a number of hours on the forum looking for an answer.
