Trouble sending .js and .css to CDN with w3tc and litespeed. (4 posts)

We're currently working on a configuration which uses edgecast, litespeed and w3tc. We're having an issue where w3tc does not appear to want to serve the minified .css and .js files to the CDN and so most of the themed content isn't using the CDN.

The option to send the minified .css/.js in w3tc is greyed out and we've been unable to work around this.

Does anyone have some advice on what we can check?

Litepseed currently isn't supported as more testing is required.

    Thanks for the update.

Can you at least explain what w3tc looks for in order to enable the "Rewrite URL structure". While I understand this configuration is not supported I'm hoping you can provide me with at least this touch off point.

It just means that W3TC will create URLs similar to WP's fancy permalinks which are more likely to be cached by more browsers.
