Emails will go to the email address in the users profile. Are the “clients” set up as users?

These emails are not to registered users (although I should test that to see if it is working). The emails im not receiving are from a contact forum. Visual Form Builder Pro is the name of the plugin used for these forms. Furthermore I tried WP-Mail-SMTP and the test email only made it to my gmail account and not my work account which is a custom domain @ourdomain.com. With Cimy Swift SMTP the test email comes through fine all around but still only my gmail account will receive the submissions from the forum.
I have seen this issue before but cant remember how to fix it.

Found that this was a server side issue. The mail service was running when it shouldnt have been.
