Trouble Loading Photos

    Hi,
    I am having the hardest time loading photos. Sometimes I get an IO Error and sometimes it just doesn’t load, like it’ll get to 4%.
    I cleared my cache/cookies. I’ve tried working in google chrome. Photos are small and the names of the photos aren’t complicated. Still nothing. Any ideas?
