Trouble loading aweber opt in form into Intrepdity theme

Hi:
I cannot seem to get the aweber opt in form to load correctly into the Intrepidty theme. I have added the HTML to the correct place but the opt in form is wrongly sized and above it I get a message telling me to go the Admin panel, opt in form & ‘edit at will’ which ids all very well except nothing seems to fix this…
Advice please.
