   I would like to import the data from an old WP installation to a new one. I went to the old WP (which is 2.1.1) and did the Export > WordPress.

   Then went to the new install (which is 2.3.3) and did Import > WordPress

   However this error message resulted?

   File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini.

   I tried twice and same problem. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how to fix this?
