   I'm having trouble importing the image. It doesn't work with the example csv either.
   The image does not get set as the featured image or imported in the descriptions. What could be wrong?

   I actally got it working. Don't reallt know what went wrong the first time. Changing to resolved.

   introstand, how did you get this working? I have over 400 products and don't fancy setting the featured image manually!

   Did you try packing all the images into a zip file together with the csv file and upload the package via the csv-uploader backend?

   Worked out fine for me...

    Hi,
    When I do the same thing.. I get the following error msg :
    Kan de zip file niet uitpakken.

    Can someone please help me out.

    Hi,

    That means "Can not extract the zip file". Try making sure it's just a zip folder with the CSV and images inside not a zip folder inside a zip folder.

    Its not a zip folder inside a zip folder.
    It is like a normal zip folder with :
    folder.zip -> folder -> (images + csv)

    I think the issue is the folder that's inside the zip folder, try moving everything out of the folder and put it into the zip folder so it'll be:

    folder.zip -> (images + csv)

    See if that works?

    Hey got it working :)
    Was a permissions problem i guess..
    The only issue is that I have multiple images.. Ideally it should set the first image as the featured image right ? but its setting the last one..
    Is there a specific way to define the featured image ?

    I'm glad you got it working!!!

    Hmmm I'm not sure really, all my products just had one image with them, sorry!
