   Hi! I recently installed WordPress through the fantastico service from my host. I did everything it asked me to do in the setup - I gave an admin username and passsword, told the site where I wanted the blog to be (blog.creditcardsnj.com) and seemed like everything went fine. When I try to login though, I see that's not the case!

   I have tried to go through PHPMyAdmin to change the username information as I saw on this thread earlier with no luck too. I even tried registering with WordPress.com for a username thinking somehow it may be connected but there wasn't any connection.

   Please help me get up and running on my blog! I'd really appreciate any and all help that you can provide!!!

   I don't know that this will help, but have you tried "admin" as the username?

   @esmi - Thanks. I haven't been able to correct the issues there either!

   @Tom Leger - Yes, I tried using admin as the username with no success either.
