Trouble downloading and setting up WAMP 2.0.1

Hi,

I was working from an earlier article re WAMP 1.7.2 and cannot see my way through the set-up.

Also, I am wondering if I downloaded the correct thing, as it keeps calling itself WAMP PRO.

In the article I was working from, it appears that in the past the PRO bit could be ignored and the non-PRO used. This does not seem to be an option with the version I just downloaded.

Have I gone to the wrong place to download?

Would I be better advised to take this version off my mac and start again?

Has someone written an article on how to set up the WAMP 2.0.1 on the mac?

If not, can you please walk me through the steps.

It all seemed so straightforward at first, but it seems like I have to register and pay for this software – which doesn’t make sense as its supposed to be freeware.
I do so hope someone can talk me through this!!!!!
