Trouble Adding Tumblog Functionality to My Theme
-
i have the plugin installed and activated. now i’m having trouble with the replacing the tags in my theme in order to get the appearance to come out right.
i’ve been working with the single.php file in editor, and replacing:
<h2 class=”contentheader”>” rel=”bookmark” title=”Permanent Link to <?php the_title_attribute(); ?>”><?php the_title(); ?></h2>
<?php the_content(‘<p>Read more »</p>’); ?>
with:
<?php woo_tumblog_the_title($class= “title”, $icon = true, $before = “”, $after = “”, $return = false, $outer_element = “h2”) ?><?php woo_tumblog_content($return = false); ?>
…as instructed in the help menu, shown here: http://cl.ly/D4iV.
am i replacing the wrong tags? working in the wrong file?
my theme is called minimalist: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/minimalist
the only examples they give are for twenty ten, twenty eleven and bueno.
http://www.woothemes.com/support/wootumblog/
and if i change themes, will i have to do this all over again?
also, i’ve found one relevant forum post on this and tried that tip, but it didn’t work for me…
thanks!
