Hi.
When I click on the "add image" button, the add image window opens but there is nothing hthere except the text says:
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.
I click the Please try again text and the Dashboard page shows up, but no media etc.
Does anyone know of a fix for this please?

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Hi Esmi.
I have deactivated and reinstated each plugin, and you were right.
A plugin called WP-Contactform was the issue, so I'll have to find another form plugin.
