I am helping out a friend with her wordpress blog. I got everything running right and got a theme that she liked. I was trying to set her home page to one of her posts and it got messed up somehow. When you view the page, it doesn't have the theme anymore and just looks like a Word document. I can't sign back into the dashboard to change it back to the way it was.
Site in question: http://ccrowe.socsdblogs.org/
I have already looked around a bit about sign in issues and still can't seem to resolve the problem. Any suggestions?
Sign in by going to http://ccrowe.socsdblogs.org/wp-login.php then go to http://ccrowe.socsdblogs.org/wp-admin/options-general.php You need to change both the WordPress address (URL) and Blog address (URL) to http://ccrowe.socsdblogs.org
This should fix the problem.

Bump.. please help.
Users are starting to use the site, and I am trying to get it back to normal ASAP. I have already sent in requests to WordPress but to no avail.
Have you tried what i suggested?
Hi,
Did yo change the site URL or permalinks?
Also check with these options:
-> Disable all the plugins
-> Remove uploaded theme with the help of FTP service
Thanks,
Shane G.

Shane,
I know exactly what I did wrong.
I changed the site URL to the page that I wanted to make the home page.
I know that I need to change it back in order for it to work, but I can't access the dashboard at all to change it back. The theme was working fine and everything was going good until I changed the site URL to try and change the home page.
I am only set up as an admin through the wp-admin I don't know where all the files are hosted or how to get a hold of the FTP service.
Thanks in advance,
Kris

tomontoast,
I try and sign in and when I enter in my information, it redirects me to the main page of the blog and not to the dashboard. I know that's where I made the mistake, but I can't access the dashboard to be able to change it back.
Sign in by going to http://ccrowe.socsdblogs.org/wp-login.php, you will get redirected to your front page. Then click on the following link: http://ccrowe.socsdblogs.org/wp-admin/options-general.php This will work
