I had subsribers, ad images… have I lost everything??
Tried re-installing and I get this message:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.2.0.2.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/content/25/9562225/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
Plugin install failed.
Could you try to delete all plugin files and install the update manually, as explained here?

Thank you for the reply. I read the instructions and am a bit intimidated, I am completely inexperienced with stuff like that.
Also, if I delete and re-install, I’m assuming that means I’ve lost all data like my subscribers?? 🙁
Your subscribers are attached to a Site ID linked to your site URL, so once you delete and re-install, your existing stats and subscribers will reappear under the Jetpack menu.
With help from my host, I went into my ftp files and deleted the jetpack file, re-installed and all is good. Just like it never happened! yay!
Thanks!
