I hadn't used my site or the admin associated with it in about a year, so when I tried to update the version of WordPress, everything went wonky. I figured out I had to make some other updates through my hosting server, GoDaddy. So I did that and they walked me through some things. I've installed the newest version of WordPress now (using FileZilla), but I'm getting the following error:
====
Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at h50mysql89.secureserver.net. This could mean your host's database server is down.
* Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
* Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
* Are you sure that the database server is running?

I am almost positive the username, password, and hostname are correct, and GoDaddy says this is some sort of scripting error they can't help with. Help? Anyone?
