Tried to move WP from one domain to another, getting only blank page

I followed all the steps found here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress#Additional_Information when trying to move my blog from http://www.suddenstorm.net to http://www.carlytuma.com and now all I’m getting is a blank page. Should I try re-installing WP like I was doing an upgrade from one version to the next?
