Tried to install the WP-Notable Plugin and this happened

    I have looked at these lines and nothing looks out of place. I have since went into my cpanel and deleted this plug in but that did not do the trick. Here is a list of the errors that i get when i try to login to my dashboard.
    Any help would be appreciated.
