I tried to change the page that my url would direct to by changing the WordPress/Site Address in the "General Settings" pane. Now I seem to of broken the site and I can't figure out what to do. I'm new at WordPress, so simple instructions are appreciated. I barely uploaded any content. Is there a way I can just reset the whole site?

    Thanks.

Change the urls back. See Changing_The_Site_URL for details of how to do this correctly.

I can't do that because I cannot access the wp-admin portion of my website. When I go to the homepage, I get the "Just another WordPress site." When I try to go to myurl.com/wp-admin I get the page with all the CSS and other graphics stripped out. No menus.

If you read the page esmi linked to, it explains several ways to change those back WITHOUT accessing your Dashboard. You'll need to have FTP access or use phpMyAdmin to access the database.

Personally, I think the functions file method works well:

    See: http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients

Ask your hosting company for help if you don't have FTP set up yet.

If you're familiar with PhpMyAdmin, I found that in some cases it's simpler to simply edit your database by hand, updating the site URL is also doable through phpmyadmin.

The page is loading now but all the CSS is gone. It's just plain text. I tried all three methods.
