Trias Menu Not Showing on Mobile Device Mode

    I’m experimenting with the Trias theme on two websites.

    On one (Audio-Rescue.com) when the size of the screen is reduced to mobile device size, the menu changes to a dropdown — all is good.

    On the other (EndHunger.org/wp) when the screen size is reduced, it changes to look like a dropdown, but it doesn’t actually drop down. It does nothing. There is no way to access the menu items.

    In both cases, this is the primary menu. Why would the menu on one of the sites not work?
